SUNROOMS by Quality Patio’s & Sunrooms
Quality Patio’s & Sunrooms works with several different types of sunrooms. All sunrooms have an insulated ceiling and a thermal break that helps to insure warmth in the winter and cool in the summer. That means that these are true "all weather rooms".According to national statistics, a sunroom increases the value of your home by at least the value of the sunroom. There are two types of sunrooms:
The Pinnacle
The Pinnacle is a "Flat Ceiling" Insulated roof which over hangs the walls all around the sunroom’s windows by one to two feet.
Advantages:
With the insulated roof this room is easier to maintain an even temperature in the summer and in the winter.
Disadvantages:
This sunroom has more of a "room add-on" appearance than that of a "Sunroom"
The Eclipse
The Eclipse is a curved glass room that allows a lot of light into the room. The curved glass is a single curved plate that mates the glass well with the insulated ceiling.
Advantages:
More light is allowed into the room and provides a better field of view.
Disadvantages:
Because of the window at the corner more summer sun can enter the room and create more heat in the summer.
Both rooms are considered all season rooms, but are limited to areas where snow loads do not exceed 40-50 lbs per sq ft. Greater snow loads are still possible but require individual engineering.
